POLICIES

1.For all packages payments must be made on or prior to the delivery of your package.

2.Package shipping and clearance usually takes approximately 24-48 hours (excluding weekends), if there are any delay this will be relayed to our customers.

3.Shipping rates are GCT exempted.

4.Packages that are unclaimed or not collected after 15 days will start to attract a $100 JMD per day storage fee. Additionally after 30 days unclaimed packages will be sold to recoup business funds.

5.For all packages there is a first in first out process. This means the first package/s invoice have to be cleared before the others are released.

6.All customs duty fees have to be paid in full before packages are cleared and collected. Customs duty fees are allotted by customs if the value of a package exceeds the $100 USD.
